The award-winning animation director, founding partner, and Creative Director at Rise New York & Partners is a pioneer in the CGI industry. From creating iconic opening titles for TV Globo and founding two production powerhouses in São Paulo to New York playing a key role in establishing Huge Inc's 3D/CGI in-house capabilities and laying the foundations of Invisible Universe Inc., a startup animation studio often dubbed as "The Pixar" of Social Media, with the mission to bring Hollywood animation quality to the small screen. Among André's multi-awarded career, the highlight is undoubtedly his Cannes Lions Grand-Prix for Good, recognizing his role as an Animation Director and screenwriter.
Leonardo Aiello

With almost 10 years of experience in advertising, Leo has worked as film editor and motion designer in some of the biggest agencies in the country such as Africa, Talent Marcel and Grey Brazil. In 2018, he became film director at Sugarcane Filmes where he directed campaigns for several clients like Gillette, Riot Games, Heineken and Brastemp, in addition to having produced award-winning copyright projects worldwide.
